In conjunction with our comprehensive educational program, operating systems including

Touching Hearts for each franchisee. Our operating systems provide each owner essential

operation of a franchise office seamless and profitable.
Each franchise owner will be provided with a week-long, extensive training program
by a franchising expert in the senior homecare industry. This initial training program
is designed to provide each owner with the information and tools necessary to hit
the ground running.

education in the homecare industry and will address improvements and developments
for your office administration, accounting, operations, and general business.
Touching Hearts provides ongoing support through our home office management team
to each franchisee to help generate business. Our management team supports individual
franchise owners by maintaining a user-friendly operating system and providing the
resources to better serve your clients. With our internal, interactive, and secure
Touching Hearts web site (for franchisees only), you will always have an open line
of communication.
Industry specific software, presentations, and training programs continue to be
developed for ongoing operations, business practices, employee training, and communication
with the home office. Our software package is designed to handle client, caregiver,
and scheduling data. This software program provides a uniform means for multiple
computers in an office to update and save all forms of electronic information. The
software allows for integration with QuickBooks for payroll, billing calculations,
and reports. It also provides client and caregiver profiles, management reports,
and customer service support.
All franchise offices will be listed with their own page on the corporate site,
touchinghearts.com, and you will have the option of setting up your own site with
company approval if you so choose.
Sales, marketing, and networking are critical in the growth of each Touching Hearts
franchise. Materials provided may include brochures, business cards, letterhead
and other business forms to help brand your franchise in your territory. Since relationships
with community services are a vital component to the success of a franchise, we
provide the foundation and training for building these connections.
We provide client profile and client service agreements, along with employee welcoming
and training packages to ensure all caregivers have the education and resources
necessary to provide unparalleled caregiving.
