Over 2 years ago, your company was recommended to me as a way to provide the essential services my mother requires. I was unable to provide this considering that I live in Texas and my mom’s complicated and advancing health issues. Because of you and your team, she is able to stay in her home and be provided with the services she needs to stay safe, healthy and content throughout the day and night. The strength of your company lies with you and the people you carefully selected to provide the many necessary services for my mom – companion care, cooking, light housekeeping and doctors appointments. Everyone works to keep mom engaged and as physically active around the clock. Your team always does the best they can for mom, no matter how much extra effort it entails. Setting the table for family visits as if it was a formal affair is just one of my favorite examples. I appreciate that you took the time to visit mom at the hospital and then again at rehab. This helped encourage her to work with the therapists. She always was inspired to see your friend face. Words cannot express how thankful I am for you and your team. Touching Hearts at Home allows for mom to be in her home and gives her a quality of life not possible in a nursing facility. She maintains her dignity and self-respect with a bit of laughter.
Touching Hearts has been as wonderful as its name. They do everything with compassion and concern and patience for my sister. It has taken the weight off my shoulders being the sole caretaker. They established a relationship of friendship and trust with her. Not easy to do with her disease. They are there for her to help keep her safe, stress free and not overwhelmed from every- day life.
