Christmas Party Held at New Office
The company has grown since then, currently employing 50 caregivers and providing about 1,000 hours of care per week for their clients who reside in Central Kansas. This year they are recognizing four caregivers for perfect attendance for the past 12 months. They are Susan Kahn, Rayletta Ratzlaff, Shalee Enabnit, and Misty Harding-Zerkel. Caregivers of the Year are Kelsey Rookstool and Peter Settle.
Honored for the longest employment with the company is Rayletta Ratzlaff, who has been with the company for more than 6 years. A new award was inaugurated this year in remembrance of one the company’s caregivers, Amy Pike, who passed away after a short illness last spring. This honoree was selected for exhibiting the best qualities, for which Amy was known, in her work. Those qualities being: compassionate care, selflessness, kindness and respect, teamwork and collaboration, integrity and professionalism dedication, and a positive impact. This years winner of the Amy Recognition Award is Myrna Lopez.
