Touching Hearts Welcomes New Administrative Assistant, Carlye
Touching Hearts at Home is pleased to welcome Carlye Wilson as our new Administrative Assistant!
Touching Hearts at Home of Middle Tennessee recently asked their Caregivers and Office staff to share why they enjoyed working with seniors. The vast majority indicated that they enjoyed helping others and felt serving the senior population was their way to give back to the community. Others became Caregivers because they helped loved ones transition and realized that they had a gift for it. Regardless, “heart” was always at the center.
In recent weeks, this has proven true as Caregivers have braved the front lines each day to ensure that everyone is kept safe during the COVID-19 crisis…. proving once again that if you “lead with the heart, the outcomes will come.”
Here is one story from Caregiver, Rigena Lawson.
“Hello! My name is Rigena Lawson. I love being a caregiver because I know it’s my calling. I love serving! I’m a voice for the voiceless, and eye to protect and make sure everything’s going well. I’m hands for those that aren’t abled to do whether it’s cooking, cleaning, washing, etc. A Shaffer to accompany anywhere around town. Wether it be the doctors office, grocery store, or Wal-Mart I’m here to serve, protect, and make the families life a bit more easier in anyway possible. I’m basically your heaven sent angel…to care, to share, and to guard anyone I’m assigned to with my whole heart. Looking forward to serving you!
STAY SAFE!😃”
