Elderly Care Brentwood TN – Aspiring Hearts Program Paves the Way for Growth & Development
Entry level Caregivers start out as a Level 1 Caregiver. Level 1 Caregivers assist with Homemaker Services, Meal Preparation, and Medication Reminders. Level 2 Caregivers assist with those things in addition to Bathing & Grooming, Incontinence Care, Memory Care, and Hospice Care. Premier Caregivers do all of those things, but also provide transportation services and can handle a Gait Belt/Hoyer Lift. The Lead Caregiver is an elite role that is qualified all of those things, but also assists with new Caregiver training & development.
Kristie Baker is our first Lead Caregiver. Kristie has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She has a heart for the elderly and is committed to helping Touching Hearts at Home develop an all star team of Caregivers.
Congratulations on your promotion Kristie! It is well deserved!
