Congratulations to Kay Rich for being our March Caregiver of the month! Kay is one of our Lead Caregivers. A title that is very fitting for her because she leads by example!
Kay is one of those Caregivers that goes above and beyond for each client. Kay often connects with our clients through music. She has a playlist for each client because she recognizes the positive influence that music has on the elderly. She also takes the time to find out what sweet treats each client prefers and never fails to show up empty handed.
Kay is the perfect example of what it means to be a “Day Maker”. She takes great pride in her work and gets a lot of joy from brightening someone’s day. Thank you Kay for being such a great ambassador for Touching Hearts at Home! You are loved and appreciated by all!
