In January, my 92 year old mother had an accident. She suffered a severe wound on her leg. I needed help to care for my mother. I reached out to Touching Hearts at Home care. The first person, Elizabeth, answered the phone with such a caring tone to help me. Later that day Kim came to see what I needed. I immediately made a connection with her loving personality. At first I needed 12 hour night care. Kim came the next day and introduced the CEO, Jim. I was in awe of the caring these two people have, I couldn’t wait to meet the staff. In 2 months it was apparent that we needed 24/7 care. I later met Jim’s son, Jimmy who scheduled the girls I needed. I also speak to Clare who makes sure my mom always has a caregiver on hand. These caregivers are so wonderful!! We consider all of them part of our family. There is truly love between my mom and the caregivers, that she considers them her extra daughters and I believe the feeling is mutual. I know I consider them my sisters.
