When Middle Tennessee was calling for round two of a snow storm, we knew that providing care for the elderly would not stop for the weather.
After several caregivers had been on shift for 24-48 hours, they needed to get home to their families. Office manager, Sandy Gogulski, worked hard to find a solution. She learned of a Facebook group of individuals who were out transporting essential workers to and from their jobs: the 4×4 Emergency Transport and Recovery of Middle TN. Quickly after joining, we saw the many angels among us that were rising to help those all across Middle Tennessee.

Touching Hearts at Home would like to recognize each of the selfless individuals that made sure our caregivers safely made it to their clients and back home and those who made sure our clients had their groceries as well!
When thanked for his service, Joseph Bradley said, “I’m glad I could help…That could have easily been my grandparents.” He’s right, and that goes back to why owners, Haley and Bryan Johnson, initially started Touching Hearts of Home Middle Tennessee: to serve others.

We cannot thank each of you enough for your kindness, selflessness, and willingness to help both our caregivers and our clients during the unprecedented weather. Without you, our clients could have gone without care or even food. Touching Hearts will be forever grateful.
