Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services requires 24 hour notice, unless emergency circumstances exist. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a $35 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

All services provided by Touching Hearts at Home are intended to match those agreed to in the plan of care. If the Plan of Care is not followed due to Touching Hearts at Home negligence, service fees will be refunded relative to time affected.
